Health tips for youngsters to stay fit during Corona
You can either practice some Natural Health Tips or workout at home using some basic equipment like
skipping ropes, dumbbells, etc.
During corona, one has to be healthy and fit. Your immune
system has to be strong enough to fight against corona. You don’t have to be
afraid of corona just follow the tips. Wake up at 6 am or 7 am in the morning. Go
for a walk wearing a mask. Try to go for a walk, not in crowded places. do exercise
and yoga at home. There is a direct relationship between diet, physical activity, and health. Do a workout in the morning which increases your core strength and
immunity. Eat healthily. Drink milk and add Haldi in it. Drink warm water as much
as possible. Drink homemade kadha if you have a soar throat. Try doing different
asana at home. Try eating sour fruits. Drink juice and shakes which can
increase your immune system. Meditation is also the most important. You have to
do it daily in the morning. Do Kapal Bharti and Anulom Vilom in the morning. Watch
videos on youtube that how to do this. This affects your body in a good way. Have
balanced meals, don’t eat too much.
