We should regularly do meditation
and exercise as we all want to be fit. Doing regular exercise leads to a

and strong immunity is very important for that. If we do regular exercise and
meditation our immunity will be strong. You can do yoga and try different
asanas at home so that your body becomes flexible. We should do yoga,
meditation, and exercise in the morning only so that you do not feel any type of laziness the whole day. If you do this
regularly then you will not feel sleepy at all. The workout is also very important.
You can do it at home also. as gyms are
closed in this lockdown then you can do workout and meditation at your home in

tension get reduced by doing meditation and yoga. Doing these activities in
the morning keeps you the fresh the whole day. You can also go for a walk or jogging in
the morning
